NEW! Accessory Dwelling Unit Program Fair Hosted by the SF Apartment Association

Mon June 26
6:00 - 7:30 PM Jewish Community Center, 3200 California St. SFAA Website

The ADU program allows for the creation of new apartment units in low-impact locations within existing buildings. The fair is free and open to the public and will feature a panel of speakers from the Department of Building Inspection, the Planning Department and other city agencies to discuss the ADU planning and permitting process and to answer questions from the public. The fair will also feature a number of vendors, lenders, and other city agencies that oversee the ADU process.  This is a unique opportunity for building owners to construct new, additional units in their buildings.

Are ADU's Right for You?

The San Francisco Apartment Association is a non-profit, member support organization dedicated to educating, advocating for, and supporting the Rental Housing Community so that its members operate ethically, fairly, and profitably.
